Dyno Tuning Policy – Obsession Motorcycles

Dyno Tuning Policy

At Obsession Motorcycles, we specialize in professional dynamometer tuning designed to safely optimize performance, rideability, and overall engine efficiency.

Professional Dyno Tuning

Every motorcycle we tune is treated with care and attention to detail. Dyno tuning is performed using professional-grade equipment, controlled testing procedures, and proven tuning methods to improve rideability and engine performance.

Performance Tuning Involves Risk

Dynamometer tuning requires operating motorcycles under controlled high-load and high-RPM conditions that may exceed normal riding use. Because of this, there is always an inherent risk of mechanical or component failure.

Common Factors That May Affect Reliability

Pre-Existing Conditions

Existing engine or drivetrain issues may become apparent during tuning.

Prior Modifications

Previous tuning or aftermarket modifications can impact stability and performance.

Component Wear

Aged or fatigued components may fail under high-performance conditions.

Fuel & Cooling Limits

Fuel delivery or cooling system limitations can affect tuning safety.

Customer Responsibility

  • Motorcycle is in safe operating condition prior to tuning
  • All modifications and known issues have been disclosed
  • Performance tuning places additional stress on components

We strongly recommend a full mechanical inspection prior to dyno tuning.

Limitation of Liability

Obsession Motorcycles is not responsible for mechanical failures or damage that occur during or after dyno tuning due to:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Component failure
  • Inherent risks of performance tuning

All customers are required to sign a Dyno Tuning Agreement & Liability Waiver prior to any work being performed.

Our Commitment

While risk cannot be eliminated, we take every reasonable step to protect your motorcycle during tuning.

Live Monitoring

Air/fuel ratios, temperatures, and performance data are monitored throughout tuning.

Safety First

Tuning is stopped immediately if unsafe conditions are detected.

Professional Equipment

We use proven tuning practices and professional-grade dyno equipment.
