Every motorcycle we tune is treated with care and attention to detail—but it’s important that customers understand the nature of high-performance tuning. Performance Tuning Involves Risk Dynamometer tuning requires operating your motorcycle under controlled high-load and high-RPM conditions that often exceed normal riding use. Because of this, there is always an inherent risk of mechanical failure, including engine, drivetrain, or component damage. These risks exist regardless of tuning experience or care and may be influenced by: * Pre-existing mechanical conditions * Prior modifications or tuning * Component wear or fatigue * Fuel system or cooling limitations Customer Responsibility By choosing to have your motorcycle tuned at Obsession Motorcycles, you acknowledge that: * Your motorcycle is in safe operating condition prior to tuning * All known issues and modifications have been disclosed * Performance tuning places additional stress on engine components We strongly recommend a full mechanical inspection prior to dyno tuning. Limitation of Liability Obsession Motorcycles is not responsible for mechanical failures or damage that occur during or after dyno tuning due to pre-existing conditions, component failure, or the inherent risks of performance tuning. All customers are required to sign a Dyno Tuning Agreement & Liability Waiver prior to any work being performed. This agreement clearly outlines the risks and responsibilities associated with dyno tuning services. Our Commitment While risk cannot be eliminated, we take every reasonable step to protect your motorcycle, including: * Monitoring air/fuel ratios, engine temperature, and performance data * Stopping tuning immediately if unsafe conditions are detected * Using professional-grade equipment and proven tuning practices Our goal is to deliver safe, reliable performance gains while respecting the limits of your motorcycle’s setup.
